Darby Bryan Craddock is a co-founder, broker and commercial specialist with CFO Real Estate Services, LLC.
She has participated in over 8 million dollars worth of commercial transactions and was a Circle of Distinction award winner in 2012 while with Coldwell Banker Commercial.
One of Darby’s unique assets is a working perspective of the community and market founded on four generations of real estate knowledge.
“I am a 4th generation Floridian and my entire family has been active in real estate and development. Growing up in the business makes it a natural for me,” states Craddock.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate business Darby owned and managed a successful mortgage business in Tampa. Darby has been a Realtor for over a decade and has a strong understanding of both the real estate market and the complex financial elements that go into successful transactions.
Darby has held leadership roles for local and regional political organizations and for her church. She lives in Polk County with her husband of 28 years, Hood Craddock. They have two grown children who they enjoy visiting.
Darby is an avid reader, water sports enthusiast, enjoys skeet shooting and bird hunting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.
